FAQ

What is the difference between pressure washing and a soft wash?
Whereas pressure washing uses just water, the soft washing system uses eco eco-friendly solutions to emulsify dirt and kill contaminants to clean your house rather than just blast the dirt. Soft Washing cleans your home safely and gently and doesn’t erode the surface or leave marks on the concrete like pressure washing can.

What chemicals are used in soft washing?
The three most commonly used solutions are Biodegradable Soap, Hypochlorite, and Phosphoric Acid.

Which surfaces can be soft washed?
Almost anything can be soft washed but the most common surfaces are brick, vinyl and wood siding, concrete, decks, and fences.

How often should you soft wash your house?
Since soft washing is safe and gentle so you can do it anytime you feel your house needs freshening but a soft wash lasts longer than traditional pressure washing. Depending on the surfaces your soft wash should last 3 -5 years or longer.
